The School of Polish Language for Foreigners (Polish: Szkoła Języka Polskiego dla Cudzoziemców, SJPC) at Jacob of Paradies University (AJP) provides paid Polish language courses for foreigners who want to work or study in Poland.

Our teaching programmes are developed in accordance with the system of language proficiency levels adopted by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language (Polish: Państwowa Komisja Poświadczania Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako Obcego) (www.certyfikatpolski.pl).

1. Breakthrough or beginner (A1)

2. Waystage or elementary (A2)

3. Threshold or intermediate (B1)

4. Vantage or upper intermediate (B2)

5. Effective Operational Proficiency or advanced (C1)

6. Mastery or proficiency (C2)

The school offers one-to-one and group classes with varying degrees of intensity that are tailored to meet your individual needs.

The courses are taught by academic teachers with PhD degrees, who specialise in teaching the Polish language and culture.

Join us if you want to learn to speak Polish in both everyday situations and at work, and find out about Polish customs, culture and history.

There is an examination at the end of the course. Successful candidates will receive course completion certificates confirming their proficiency in Polish as a foreign language at a given level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2).
