Established in the year 2001, Hall of Residence number 1 of Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski is located at Piłsudskiego Street 9. It is situated in the city center, in a charming location between two large parks: Henryk Siemiradzki Park and Copernicus Park. Convenient public transport links offer quick access to all University facilities.

Hall of Residence is an 11-storey building. On each floor, there are six residential units consisting of two double rooms and two triple rooms (with the exception of the first floor which has single and double rooms) with a shared bathroom (shower and toilet) and two washbasins. The rooms are furnished with beds (including duvets and pillows), a table and wardrobes. Each room has a multimedia outlet for cable TV (extra charge). There is free internet access. On every floor, there is a student kitchen, a study room, and a laundry with a drying room. The residents can use a billiard room, a TV room, a cafeteria and a car park around the building.
